Your personal project manager will explain the next steps to you, explain the dashboard and its features, show you how you can monitor your campaign performance so that you’re always in control. We’ll also gather the information about your business so that we can start right away. Your project manager is available via phone call, text message, email or through your client dashboard whenever you need them. Easy.
Will my marketing project start as soon as I make a payment?
The quality and the speed of your marketing project is very important to you. We understand that. After you place your order you’ll be assigned your very own project manager with 1 business day. You’ll have a project Kick-off call with your personal Project Manger (15 min) during which time you’ll tell us everything you have in mind. As soon as we have the green light from you, we’ll start your project asap. How many revisions can I get and what kind of revisions can I ask for?
We really love your insights and input. Your project includes two (2) revision rounds. The 1st round of revisions happens after the staging site or initial design is provided, you’ll be given 24 to 48 hours to provide all the design related revisions you need. The 2nd or last round of revisions happens after the content integration is completed. You’ll be provided another 24 to 48 hours to provide all of your content edits and changes.
